Wow, just wow! That’s how I felt the moment I saw the new Vetta Reversible Satin Skirt

admin

That’s exactly how I felt when I saw the rich brown cheetah print in real life. And that’s exactly how I felt when I tried it on!

I have played it pretty safe in terms of my style the past few years. I stick with silhouettes and colors I’m comfortable styling and that ‘play nice’ together in my wardrobe. So a cheetah print, satin, midi skirt is a pretty bold choice for me. And I LOVE it! Even better, the skirt is reversible to either plain black or plain gold, so it’s two skirts for the price of one.

And what’s more…the skirt is made of recycled plastic bottles and is machine-washable! I love that Vetta focused on finding a sustainable fabric. And being able to wash it makes it an easier option for every day, casual wear instead of something that feels like it’s meant for special occasion only. The fabric feels very sturdy, not delicate at all.

Vetta Capsule was kind enough to gift me and my two best friends a skirt and today we’re each putting our own spin on styling it for you. I fell in between two sizes on the size chart, but the waistband is elastic, so I choose the smaller of the two so that the hips wouldn’t be too large. It requires a little shimmy to get over my hips, but it’s very comfortable on.

As with any new item, I like to pull out some of my closet favorites to see how it will work with what I already own. Here’s a few looks I came up with. See the video my IGTV here.
