Hi friend! I hope you’ve had a wonderful week so far and are looking at fun weekend plans, or no plans at all! Sometimes that’s the best part! We have lots on our weekend agenda- a track meet and two birthday parties.
I’m also feeling more settled into our new house and shared our kitchen tour here. I’m feeling pretty good about how things are organized, but I’d love to hear if you have any suggestions.
I’m also feeling more like myself since I’m back to consistent workouts. I enjoyed the time off, but I’ve got much more energy and productive juices flowing now that I’m moving my body again!

Today’s post is chock full of Amazon fun! I’ve had several requests for wedding guest dresses and Gala season is upon us, so lots of you are looking for those too. I did the dirty work and ordered so many dresses, several didn’t make the cut, but I also found lots of keepers!
With any strapless or halter style dress, you’ll want a good strapless/convertible bra and I swear by this one. It’s the only strapless bra I’ve worn for years and it’s the most comfortable on, while still keeping the girls up. I have it in both tan and black and it fits TTS.

This pretty light blue sundress is easy to throw on for the weekend or take on vacation. It has a smocked bodice, ruffle sleeves and a tiered skirt.
I dressed it up with a statement necklace I’ve had for years, but found several more gorgeous statement necklaces here, here and here.

This next dress is similar in style, but its maxi length. The darker blue makes it feel a little dressier and it looks great with a statement necklace. The one I’m wearing is from Social Threads, but sadly, sold out.

How cute are these braided heels?! They look so similar to this popular pair, but are under $50 on Amazon. They are really well made, easy to walk in with the block heel and fit TTS.

I liked the simple shape of this dress, and how it had pockets. You can adjust the shoulder straps, but the dress is probably better suited for our less chesty friends.

I was so surprised how much I liked this pale green dress, since it’s not a color I naturally gravitate towards. The crochet top is really well done in intricate detail and the contrasting waistband is a special touch. It does come in other colors if green isn’t your favorite.

If you’re looking for a Mother’s Day brunch or wedding guest dress, you could definitely wear this beauty. It’s gorgeous crochet that’s fully lined, except for at the chest and knee. It’s such a pretty lilac color, but there’s several options.

This champagne colored clutch coordinates well with the dress above. It’s got a simple design with a sheen, which makes it perfect for evening. You can carry it like a clutch or utilize the attached chain strap and wear it on your shoulder.

This bandeaux style maxi is vacation or pool party ready! It’s one of those dresses where your strapless bra will come in handy! Or, you can wear it as a beach coverup.

Man, this dress is so comfortable on! It feels like your favorite worn in tee, but in a baby doll style dress. You can adjust the shoulder straps to your perfect fit and I also love how non body conscious it is! You might like it if you’re expecting, but I’m not sure if that would make it too short.

The easy style of this t-shirt dress makes it perfect for weekends at the ballpark or for running errands. It fit pretty square though, so I’d probably tie a shirt around my waist to define the middle better.

I’m also crazy for this ball cap! It’s designed with a criss cross style in the back, which means you get the best of both worlds- a messy bun and face shielding ball cap! It’s also breathable with perforations on the side.
This dress is actually so cute on and kinda gave me Breakfast at Tiffany’s vibes. The one shoulder bow is darling and the fit and flare style is universally figure flattering on everyone.

I wasn’t crazy about this dress on me, but thought it might be perfect for you! Especially if you like to show a bit of skin, but keep your arms more covered. The cape style dress sits comfortably on your chest with a stretchy elastic and the skirt is easy to move in.

My friend Angela wore this dress to our school Gala a couple of years ago and was stunning in it! It has the perfect blend of sexiness and elegance with an asymmetric top and mermaid, split skirt. The material has a good bit of stretchy spandex, and it’s on the thicker side.

The halter style of this gown lets you show off your shoulders, which is always sexy. There’s detailed piping at the chest and a defined waist, then the skirt flows to the floor in a mermaid style. Again, on me it would require a length alteration.

Here’s another dress that shocked me with how much I liked it! It’s so simple, but easy to wear and you’ll be ultra comfortable in all night. It’s asymmetric with one long, flowy sleeve and the deep blue is a bold choice.

I found your next LBD and it’s sequined goodness! The sequins sparkle for a fun night out, but the dress is lined with a soft lining so there’s no scratchiness underneath. The top is regular bra friendly with a plunging neckline that’s hidden with a bit of mesh. It’s a criss cross style skirt with figure flattering rushing on the side.

Man, I wanted to love this dress! The style, shape and color is so good, but, unfortunately it felt too polyester-ish for my liking. I wanted to share it and my opinions in case you’re considering this option.

Back to more casual dresses, this lightweight knit halter dress can be worn dressed up or down, depending on your mood or the occasion.
I added the stretchy, woven belt to dress it up, but it has an elastic waist that looks fine without a belt.

GET THIS DRESS! Such a winner and it looks expensive, but isn’t! It reminds me of a dress I have from Nordstrom, but this one might be better with the curved hem, side slit and pockets!

For all the bosses out there, be FIERCE in this sheath dress! It’s polished and structured with a good bit of stretch. I’m crazy for the strong neckline too.

Speaking of, guess who’s a great dancer? Brian! I learned that when we went to Playa Mujeres and they had a silent disco! Guy’s got moves!
