This Shore bistro is curating a menu that will be available all Mother’s Day long. The brunch-inspired menu includes an assortment of dishes highlighting steak, seafood and fruit. Plates include Surf & Turf with lobster tail, a five-ounce filet and garlic mashed potatoes; Raspberry & Ricotta Pancakes with maple syrup and homemade whipped cream; crispy Lobster Cake Benedict with a poached egg, hollandaise sauce and home fries; and more. Crystal Springs Resort Hamburg
The Crystal Springs Resort will host six Mother’s Day brunches, each offering a unique selection of dishes. The Emerald Ballroom will feature a buffet-style brunch with freshly baked pastries, local cheeses and an omelette station, while the Diamond Ballroom will feature a carving station (with prime rib) and a pasta station (with shrimp scampi and chicken Alfredo). The Black Bear Golf Club will have an assortment of hot dishes ranging from Chicken Francaise to Belgian Waffles, as well as Antipasto favorites like artichoke hearts, cured meats and marinated olives. Enjoy Crystal Tavern’s Breakfast Boards, complete with breakfast specialties, such as poached eggs, smoked salmon and avocado toast. From 1 pm–7 pm, The Edge is offering a special Mother’s Day experience. The usual weekend brunch will be put on hold for a new dining menu featuring pasta, salads and entrées. Appetizers include Lamb Lollipops and Spicy Veal Meatballs. For pasta, there’s Tagliatelle in a creamy pesto and Pappardelle with smoked mozzarella. Co-owner Steve Bidgood has been celebrating Mother’s Day at Salt Creek Grille for more than 20 years. This year, Mother’s Day dinner will be served from 12 pm–7 pm with a menu full of options. Start off the meal with appetizers like Artichoke & Parmesan Spinach Dip, Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp and Vegetable Spring Rolls. Choose from entrées including Coffee Crusted New York Strip, Maple Dijon Salmon and Herb Chicken Breast. It gets topped with blueberry soft cream and blueberry glaze. The Berry Special Mom Cake is vanilla cake filled with soft cream and sliced strawberries. This Central Jersey breakfast spot is making brunch available at home. Two different brunch boxes are available for $55 each, both filled with an assortment of breakfast favorites. The Family Farmer’s Box includes eggs your way, pancakes, bacon, sausage and home fried potatoes. The Mother’s Day Box is filled with homemade banana bread, a bacon, egg and cheese wrap, sausage, yogurt parfait, fresh berries and cinnamon roll minis. Brunch Box orders must be made before May 7 for pickup on Mother’s Day from 8 am–10 am. Dine-in options are also available by reservation.

The new Italian-Mediterranean menu will also be available, with dishes like Branzino with Artichoke Hummus, Skirt Steak and Polenta Fries, and Organic Chicken with Root Vegetables.
